Sky Facet has a 365 day return policy on all items (Except Custom Made & Engraved Jewelry).

Here are the guidelines for Sky Facet jewelry returns and exchanges:

1. Customers Must Contact Sky Facet via Telephone (866)528-7899 about return’s or exchange. After receiving a return verification code from Sky Facet fill out the Sky Facet return application send it along with the Original Invoice. Packages without a return form or Verification number will not be accepted (The Sky Facet Return Form must be entirely filled out).
2. After repackaging the returned item with all the original packaging Jewelry Boxes have a $25.00 replacement Fee and Appraisals have a $10.00 Fee. The Diamond Certificate has a $255.00 replacement Fee. For Security purposes do not write SkyFacet, SkyFacet.com, Jewelry or Diamond on the outside of the box.
3. Insure All Packages Sky Facet recommends using an insured delivery service with a tracking number (USPS Priority Registered Mail, FedEx Express). Sky Facet is Not Responsible for Items Lost or Damaged while shipping.
4. After receiving the package with all the Necessary Packages and documents a Sky Facet certified Jewelry and Diamond inspector will thoroughly check for any damages, or any alterations by a non Sky Facet jeweler. In no way can Sky Facet accept damaged or altered jewelry by a non Sky Facet jeweler (Polishing, Engraving, Resizing etc.).
